Returns - How it works

Want to return an item? No problem! You have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This is to help us reduce the number of packages and protect the environment.

Here's how to register your return:

   • First and Last Name

   • Address

   • Order number (found in the order confirmation email)

   • Number of returned items

   • Reason for return

   Please try to send the email from the same address you used for your order. This will help us process your return quickly and correctly.

   We recommend that you return the package with insurance, as we cannot accept liability for uninsured shipments and potential loss in transit. Please do not send your return by registered mail.

4. Please keep the shipping receipt safe until your refund has been processed.

1. Avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to protect against damage during transport.

2. Please do not return the goods freight collect.

3. The above-mentioned information (points 1 and 2) is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal, but it helps to make the return process run smoothly.
